
Celebrate 25 Years of The ABP with Our “25 for 25” Anniversary Membership Offer
This October marks a remarkable milestone for The Association for Business Psychology (ABP): 25 years since we first started recruiting members in 2000. Over a quarter of a century, we have grown into the home and voice of Business Psychology, championing evidence-based practice, supporting professional development, and creating a welcoming community for all who want to make work better through psychology.
To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we are delighted to announce a unique, one-time campaign: the “25 for 25” offer.
For just 25 days (from 1–25 October 2025), new members can join The ABP for just £25 + VAT for their first year.
From October 2026, memberships will renew at the full prevailing rate, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our not-for-profit organisation.

Why This Campaign Matters to Everyone
We know that existing members may wonder how a reduced joining fee benefits them. The answer is simple: a stronger community benefits us all. Every new member who joins brings fresh ideas, new perspectives, and wider networks into our conversations. More members mean more opportunities to learn, collaborate, and share best practice – whether at events, through our Community Hub, or in our growing CPD resources.
As a not-for-profit association, our ability to thrive depends on the commitment of our full-fee members. We deeply value and appreciate those who sustain us by paying the standard rate year after year. Your support allows us to keep delivering high-quality events, resources, and services. This campaign is designed not to diminish that contribution, but to enhance it by building the critical mass of people who can engage with, learn from, and contribute to our vibrant community.
At the same time, we are committed to inclusion and accessibility. For some, cost is a barrier to membership, especially for students, early-career professionals, or individuals from adjacent fields like HR, coaching, and consulting who are curious about business psychology but have not yet taken the step of joining. This campaign is our way of opening the door wider, ensuring that the ABP remains welcoming to the broadest possible range of professionals.

- Standard membership rates apply from October 2026.
