What’s On the Agenda

The G-WOP 2025 programme offers a range of highlights that will resonate strongly with ABP members. The opening plenary sets the tone with discussions on policy impact and professionalisation, including how embedding psychologists in workplaces and fostering global alliances can expand our collective influence.

Sessions such as Consulting in Practice: Skills Beyond the Classroom speak directly to those developing or refining their consulting expertise, while debates on Generative AI and the Future of Work and Pop Psychology vs Real Science tackle some of the most pressing contemporary challenges.

The programme also includes innovative perspectives on mindfulness, psychological capital, leadership, behaviour change, and systemic transformation, ensuring a balance of applied and theoretical insights. Notably, practical sessions on mentoring, coaching cultures, expatriate experiences, and international mobility reflect the truly global and applied nature of this event.

For ABP members, this conference represents a unique opportunity to connect with the international community, gain evidence-based insights, and engage with critical issues shaping the future of business psychology.
